At this time, we are all in a space where we are receptive and ready to begin to build our sexuality. With all that is going on in the realm of sexuality over the past few years, we want to create a space where we can begin to understand this part of ourselves, and humans, in a non shameful way.
With spirit at the foundation and practical tools to navigate through pleasure, sensuality, desire, and fantasies, we are going to be guiding you through a foundational understanding of the components of your own personal sexuality and how to navigate through it.
Together we will soften judgement, expectations and confusions around sexuality and step into compassion as we release the shame that’s been binding us.

- Pleasure as an act of worship
- Connecting to pleasure as a pathway to Spirit
