Silence gifts us the space to experience our aliveness with depth and curiosity. Join us for a Day of Silence on the sacred grounds of Good Land Farms on July 20th from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
Dropping out of the mind and into the senses, we will surrender to the warmth of the sun on our skin, to the sound of the birds serenading us with their songs and the smell of fresh flowers blooming all around us. Using the sacred tools of yoga, meditation, journaling and flower bathing we will reconnect to the well of infinite bliss that is resting within. As the day comes to a close we will break the silence with a celebratory ceremony.
